I began AEOS Talent Acquisition after developing my Asset Management search practice over the course of 25+ years with retained and contingent firms and a global corporation.  After hearing what my client partners needed, I realized that the traditional search models simply aren't the most effective way to serve the individualized needs of business today.

As a result, AEOS was formed and has been structured to deliver customized search strategies for our client partners.  This enables us to directly and singularly recruit the people you need at all levels without the large reoccurring fees of a traditional retained search firm.  This also allows us to individually recruit the people with the specific expertise you need in order to quickly develop a targeted talent pool.
